Delivery & Returns Information
All our packages are sent out by Royal Mail second class, signed-for, as standard. Delivery to locations within the UK usually takes 2-3 days, and we have found this service to be very reliable. A tracking number is available for all items dispatched. If you wish to have your purchase sent by Special Delivery, this can be arranged for an additional charge.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from My ShoeBox. If for any reason you are not, simply return the item(s) to us in saleable condition with the undamaged box and an exchange or full refund will be given. We would encourage you to try shoes on carpet only, so that there are no signs of wear on the sole.
How to return your shoes
If you have decided to return your shoes, then please call or email us at email@example.com, letting us know the brand, style and size, and your reason for wanting to return or exchange them. We will then send you comprehensive instructions on how to return your purchase to us. Once we have received the item(s) and inspected them, we will authorise a full refund, or arrange for the exchange item(s) to be sent to you.
As our prices are so competitive to start with, it is our policy not to offer return postage costs.
